Traffic Protection Plan™ is a protection-plan insurance service offered by ClerkHero, Inc. The plan provides members with access to traffic ticket dispute services and guidance designed to help prevent insurance premium increases from qualifying traffic violations.
Eligibility
The Traffic Protection Plan™ is available to licensed drivers in California. Coverage applies to qualifying traffic violations as defined in the plan documents. Certain violations may be excluded from coverage.

Pricing & Billing
The Traffic Protection Plan™ is billed monthly at $5.00 per month. New members receive a 30-day risk-free trial period. Billing begins after the trial period ends unless the plan is cancelled.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their Traffic Protection Plan™ at any time without penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
State Variations
Coverage features and eligibility requirements may vary by state. California-specific terms and conditions apply to residents of California. Additional state supplements may apply as ClerkHero expands service to other states.
