3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. ClerkHero does not store your full credit card information. By submitting your payment information, you authorize ClerkHero to charge the applicable fees via Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase. Refunds will not be granted after this period unless required by law. Users engaging in repeated refund behavior or misuse of the system may be disqualified from future refunds.

5. License and Use

When you use ClerkHero, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated documents for your personal legal affairs. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or sublicense any portion of the Service or its outputs.

The information provided by ClerkHero, including but not limited to documents, templates, responses, and instructions, is for informational and self-help purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. ClerkHero is not a law firm and does not substitute for an attorney. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the Service.

7. AI and Automation Disclaimer

ClerkHero uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to assist in generating content based on user input. The outputs are not reviewed or approved by licensed attorneys. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated materials before submission to any court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Riverside County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

ClerkHero reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
